Safe and informative with WD-Touch
OPTIFLOW has an easy-to-use display, WD-Touch, which guides you through the entire dishwashing process. The display is user-friendly and has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate between the different functions. Language support for local languages.
The control system also includes built-in guides that facilitate daily cleaning, maintenance, and repair. The display also works when the user wears disposable gloves, which is important from a hygiene perspective.
Two important options
AUTO-FLUSH - CLEANING OF THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR
AUTO-FLUSH keeps the inside of the door clean throughout the dishwashing process by adding extra water jets to the upper rinse arms of the dishwasher. We recommend choosing AUTO-FLUSH when there is a high demand for washing.
CLEANING OF THE WASHING CHAMBER
With a propeller-like wash arm, the daily cleaning of the washing chamber is made easier and simplified. Once the day's dishes are done, the wash arm is activated to clean the washing chamber. After that, it is easy for staff to finish the cleaning process.

with PRE-RINSE
With our unique PRE-RINSE machine, dishes are pre-rinsed effectively, replacing the manual spray gun. Even bowls placed upside down are efficiently rinsed. This means that the dishwashing time can be reduced, and you need less detergent.
You save time and water, avoid wet floors and splashes, and reduce wear and tear without the monotonous movements.
The PRE-RINSE is available in two versions for Wexiödisk rack conveyor dishwashers, PRE-RINSE 60 for straight installation and PRE-RINSE 90 for corner mounting.

Separate the delicate glasses
With a smart layout and the right accessories such as curves and conveyors, we create customized dishwashing solutions for our customers.
Here is an example of a dishwashing layout where the glass dishwasher takes care of delicate dishes such as wine glasses. The remaining dishes are sent through the PRE-RINSE machine and then to the rack conveyor dishwasher.

You can safely and securely contact any of our partners if problems occur on any of your Wexiödisk dishwashers. Wexiödisk has a well-developed service organization both in Sweden and abroad. We work with independent authorized service companies who are continuously trained in our Academy to keep abreast of updates and news on our machines.
Our service partners carry out emergency service cases, warranty cases and also provide you with an annual review of your Wexiödisk machines.
At the Wexiödisk Academy, we have approximately 20 training sessions each year in our premises in Växjö and all courses are carried out by our own staff, all to ensure a high level of education
