Full control with ICS+
Contact time is one of the most important factors for successful washing results. Contact time refers to the time it takes for the basket to be transported from the pre-wash zone to the fresh water rinse. Wexiödisk's rack conveyor dish washers with ICS + feature six different programme options with different contact times, which are shown in the display. The control panel is easy to us, simplifying the adjustment of the contact time settings.
Smart control with ESE,
Empty Space Elimination
Normally, feeding baskets into the dishwasher results in gaps between each one. These gaps can sometimes equate to an entire basket length, which increases water consumption by up to 100%. ESE controls basket feeding with the aid of a photocell and so doesn't wash and rinse any empty spaces. While the machine is waiting for the next basket, feeding and final rinsing are put on hold, which reduces both water consumption and noise levels in the dishwashing room.
Save water with CRT, Constant Rinse Time
With the CRT function, the rinsing time and amount of rinsing water per basket remains the same, regardless of program choice and the number of baskets washed per hour. This means that every washing basket receIves the same amount of water without using too much, ensuring perfect washing results.

Better working environment with PRM
Our unique PRM pre-rinse machine rinses dishes efficiently and replaces manual rinsing with an over-head sprayer. You save time and water, avoid wet floors and splashes, and reduce repetitive strain injuries due to monotonous movements. Even bowls that are placed face down are rinsed effectively. This enables the washing time to be reduced and requires less detergent.
New smart features
Less dirty dishes usually do not need to be pre-washed. By placing dishes in a special washing basket which the machine automatically detects, the basket can then be transported through the machine without pre-rinsing being activated, thus preventing unnecessary use of water and energy.
Separate the fragile glasses
With a smart layout of the dishwashing area and the help of turn tracks and roller tables, which can be adjusted in length, customized dishwashing areas can be created. Below, you can find an example of a customized dishwashing solution. Here, a glass dishwasher takes care of delicate wine glasses. All other crockery and dishes are sent through a pre-rinse machine before entering the rack conveyor dishwasher.
Effective wash arms
The water is sprayed from above and below, effectively covering the whole basket. The large washing compartment is easy to clean.
Automatic rinsing
Automatic rinsing is available as an option and greatly simplifies the daily cleaning of the machine.
Integrated drain
All the tanks can be emptied by pressing a lever. The bottom seals and level pipes are closed automatically when the machine is about to fill.

You can safely and securely contact any of our partners if problems occur on any of your Wexiödisk dishwashers. Wexiödisk has a well-developed service organization both in Sweden and abroad. We work with independent authorized service companies who are continuously trained in our Academy to keep abreast of updates and news on our machines.
Our service partners carry out emergency service cases, warranty cases and also provide you with an annual review of your Wexiödisk machines.
At the Wexiödisk Academy, we have approximately 20 training sessions each year in our premises in Växjö and all courses are carried out by our own staff, all to ensure a high level of education
