Save time with Smart Dynamic Sorting
Thanks to the Dynamic function, the sorting unit lets you know when it’s time to change the boxes full of sorted cutlery. The handling time is reduced to an incredibly low five minutes per hour meaning the operator can look after the cutlery sorter alongside other tasks.
Achieve a professional flow in your dishwashing room
The cutlery sorter can be combined with cutlery dishwasher WD-66CTS or WD-ACS47D.
1. Unwashed cutlery can be fed into the machine through picking from trays or through manual feeding into the dishwasher.
2. For an automatic and rational flow in the washroom use cutlery dishwasher WD-ACS47D, tray and cutlery dishwasher WD-66CTS or flight type dishwasher type WD-BS.
3. The buffer belt is used for transporting clean and dry cutlery from the dishwasher to the cutlery sorter and for intermediate storage of cutlery.
4. ACS800 Cutlery sorter: Capacity 2,500-3,600 pieces of cutlery/hour depending on the size, weight and shape of the cutlery.
5. Rack trolleys for both storage and transport of clean and sorted cutlery.

You can safely and securely contact any of our partners if problems occur on any of your Wexiödisk dishwashers. Wexiödisk has a well-developed service organization both in Sweden and abroad. We work with independent authorized service companies who are continuously trained in our Academy to keep abreast of updates and news on our machines.
Our service partners carry out emergency service cases, warranty cases and also provide you with an annual review of your Wexiödisk machines.
At the Wexiödisk Academy, we have approximately 20 training sessions each year in our premises in Växjö and all courses are carried out by our own staff, all to ensure a high level of education
